Quick fast and accommodating
Since I made the appointment I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were very accommodating each time. When I came in Paul helped me. He was transparent with pricing and what services were being done. I drive a 2023 GLC and the service was fast and perfect.

Bad Experience After years of business.
We had our car towed to Roggi’s after it broke down without even thinking about it. We’ve had years of great trust worthy service on both of our autos but this was not one of them. Paul the owner was on vacation and the chief mechanic was being treated for an illness so we anticipated less than the usual follow-up and service but this exceeded even that. Not one update initiated by Roggis and unfortunately on Paul’s return only small progress was made and that was only when we called to push things along. We are now going on over 3 weeks and the car is still not back. Who can leave their car for that long? Today we have finally given up and will request the car be returned and we will find another service center. Very disappointed.

Awesome work
HI,

Consistently all-around trustworthy
I have been bringing our entire family of cars (from 1 to 20 years old) to Wayne and Henry for 12+ years. It doesn't matter if it's one of our newer cars or old of the old classics, nor if it's me or one of my daughters bringing the car in: the quality and service is always all-around trustworthy

2010 Jaguar XF Repair
Roggi’s is hands down the most respectful and professional shop to bring your vehicle. The customer service is aristocratic, pricing is very fair, and quality of work is top notch. My car was washed after repaired and a welcome package with a pair of shades was waiting inside the car. While I was leaving Henry came out and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. 30% cheaper than the jaguar dealer with better service and Convenience. As long as I own my car it will be brought here!

Quick assessment of the problem and timely repair. The customer service is great. Wayne and Henry picked me up from my home when my car was ready. Paul behind the desk really knows his stuff and always gives me a straight answer.

Extremely organized, process driven, and in the business to exceed customer expectations. Henry, Paul and the crew exude class, professionalism while tailoring the options to your budget and comfort. They made it seamless to me in partnering with my extended warranty company and I appreciated that they swiftly managed what can be a cumbersome experience with these companies. This team accomplished what BMW dealerships could not which was a fair and reasonable diagnosis and resolution. I strongly recommend Roggis. There’s a clear reason the online reviews are so consistently strong! It’s a drive for excellence.
