Check engine light
Dealership said completely went over this car. Had it 4 days only driven 170 miles strictly back and forth to work and home from dealership and the engine light came on. Not good business.

POOR SERVICE
I HAVE BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM YOU, AND YOUR SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL FAST, I TRADED MY ELANTRA FOR A JEEP, I TOOK MY JEEP TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE 3 WEEKS AGO, ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON, IT SEEM I HAVE AN EMISSIONS LEAK. I CALLED TO HAVE MY JEEP THAT I BOUGHT THERE SERVICED AND THE GUY THAT ANSWERED SAID HE IS 2 WEEKS BACK UP DUE TO COVID, BUT HE DID MENTION THAT ROGER BEASLY CAN NOT SERVICE MY JEEP, SINCE IT IS NOT A ELANTRA, REALLY???SO I TOOK IT TO HAVE IT SERVICED SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND I WAS TOLD THAT YOU ALL BROKE MY EXHUST HOSE WHEN YOU CHANGED MY OIL!!!! NO WONDER YOU WONT BOTHER CHECKING MY JEEP!!!

I took my car in for my first service. I expected to be there at least 2 hours. It was done in under an hour. I was appreciative of the quick service and very little paper work. Just a signature.
