I have used these folks before and have always been impressed by the kind and helpful approach as well as the pride in their work. Past-Major damage with a deer accident around the holidays and they handled all exceptionally well! TODAY-A weird, seemingly minor but complicated issue with a door lock/stuck/unuseable so I dropped by to get just get an opinion near the end of the day for potential future work since I was headed out-of-town tomorrow. They offered to pull it in the shop and they proceeded to investigate then found a creative way to repair it like NEW. Wow! And NO charge for removing the door panel and fixing the locking apparatus. Certainly my go to first choice for high quality service at a good price.

Excellent work by people who care and respect the customer
I'm a car guy with an expensive show car, Ron and the entire staff was attentive and careful to find all the damage - over 100 references - when I wiped off the font end of my 2500 Duramax pickup. Excellent work, no problems, after 5k miles, no issues and that means they pay attention and do the job right. They worked with the insurance company to make sure all details were covered and I am totally satisfyed with the result. Recommend this shop to anyone who cares about their car.
We have visited Roe's Body Shop on several occasions. Each time, we have been treated well- they will only repair what is needed to be fixed immediately. Which also saves us money in the long run. It is definitely worth checking Roe's Body Shop before going to the dealership.?
I’ve been using Roe body for quite some time, even with the new ownership, I continue to find the people who work there are very competent. They are easy to work with, and schedule appointments with, and honest about the automobiles that they service. I will continue to use Roe body for all future needs.

I was very pleased with the customer service in the service department and body shop. They got my car in quickly and called with pricing. They were very considerate and they were very good with updating me on my car. I appreciate their dedication to do an excellent job.
Friendly staff, efficient use of time, no over-salesperson feel, they just do what needs to be done and do a great job. I almost always have to wait on my car service (rather than drop-off and come back later) and they always make sure to get finished in a very reasonable time-frame, and sometimes even quicker then expected. They seem to respect that my time is as valuable as theirs, which is great. Prices for services are reasonable as well, and I never feel pressured to “buy more” when I just go in for a basic oil change or tune-up, unless they find something that actually is a potential problem for my car, which I also really appreciate.
