Great Service
I had my vehicle in for regular service and Steve, Aaron and Niles were great as usual. These folks are very knowledgable and I would recommend BHR without reservation!

Happy Customer
Everybody treats me well at BHR. I have real relationships with the front office staff which helps me trust them when they tell me something. They even drive me home when I'm dropping it off, and pick me up when I'm getting it back. And they're interesting and decent.

When the battery they recommended as better than Porsche stock turned out not to be better after all - and yet barely out of warranty slightly over a year later - not only did they replace the battery for nothing with a better one with a four year warranty, they installed it for free as well. They stand behind both their work and recommendations. They're a class outfit that takes pride in their work. You don't find many like them anymore.

Good people
Even though it took a couple of months to fix the problem. The TT runs smooth and regained its power. Thanks Aaron, good job

Great Service
Very knowledgeable and have always provided great service at a reasonable price. I live over an hour away and will continue to bring my Audi and VW to these guys for service. I without hesitation would recommend as I have had a great experience.

Great service as usual
I had a faulty headlight switch replaced with correct Porsche part, now all light functions work correctly again. Also had the front bumper R&R to clean debris that collects in the radiators. There was a fair amount after about 10k miles and 2.5 years since I had them all replaced. This should be a regular service every 3 years to prevent corrosion. They had my car in and out in the scheduled time with no problems. I highly recommend BHR for Porsche/Audi repair.

Awesome to hear everything's lighting up the way it should! The radiator maintenance is overlooked in many cases. It prevents costly radiator replacement. Thank you for the work and thank you for the review!

Trust and communication is at the front here!
I was in search shop to perform a PPI for a car being sold at a dealership in the area. Living on the East Coast, I was very keen on finding a superior shop, well BHR's it! I could not have been happier with the level of communication and due diligence Steve & Nyle put forth. They provided great details to the vehicle in the form of documents, photos and phone calls.

Really appreciate the professionalism and care!

Scheduled Maintenance
Found BHR 5 years ago upon first moving to KCMO. That stellar first service interaction set me up as a loyal customer for as long as I remain here.
Honest, forthright, and thorough are all words to describe BHR, especially Stephen and Niles. The rest of the technicians and crew are open and friendly as well!

Top Notch Service
Niles, Steve, and Aaron always provide great customer service. Car runs incredibly smooth after repairs and always impressed with the attention to detail and competitive pricing. The new approach client dashboard, photos of repairs and areas to watch, and access to maintanance log are also big upgrades to the already great service.
