DO NOT RECOMMEND
The police dept intentionally chooses the cheaper and inexperienced tow companies b cuz they think it’s funny to jack ur crap even more! Then see u charged a ton of money. Handshake-handshake…..chuckle, laugh. My step son laid my Harley down on the left side-all injuries show left side-he said he padded the cycle-left side is barely touched! Rockstar is NOT so Rockstar and attempted to lift a 655 pound HD by its handlebars!!🤯😳 Yep-u guessed it-he dropped it on the pavement and completely totaled the right side and rear. Then to add insult to injury, tow guy - DENTON, saw the cycle was leaking at his yard and used a forklift right thru the rims and completely bent both all to hell! Then had the audacity to point out the damage and said “I didn’t drop it-it musta been the cops cuz it was like that when I got there”. Admission of guilt anyone?! He also said he’d had the EPA up his posterior and didn’t need them there again. Maybe don’t do dumb stuff with things u know nothing about and r not properly equipped to handle!! My step son is adamant the HD was not leaking at the scene & tow guy, DENTON, said it wasn’t leaking during tow but was leaking at his yard. Hmmmm!???! (Forklift movement???) Also, police documented that a helmet and gloves-‘S’, plural!-were also given to tow guy-DENTON! Upon pick up-only one glove was there and he “didn’t know nothing about gloves-that’s all they gave me”. $110 gloves and a $20k HD trashed due to his ignorance and inexperience. Then places blame on police. Dash cams, body cams, ‘big brother’ at any of the businesses-here we come! I’d like to see a better, less inexperienced and less careless company (& one with proper equipment to haul a HD) b awarded a contract from the city or county to b used for police needed towing matters! That would b a better use of everyone’s time and TAX DOLLARS! DO NOT USE FOR UR OWN NEEDS AND MAKE SURE not to have to have police involved in any of your decisions!
