Fast, efficient and reliable
I appreciate that I can trust the mechanics to keep my 2001 Lexus and 2007 Mazda humming. No upsells, reasonable prices, helpful and thoughtful communications, reliable work, and friendly service. I suppose I could try to find a discount mechanic or chain to save me a few bucks, but I'd rather have have mechanics who stand behind their work.

Old fashioned service
I have been coming to this auto repair shop since l moved here in 2010. The service is exceptional, it’s like stepping back in time when great service and fair pricing was the standard. I’m fortunate to live in Melbourne Beach and wouldn’t think of taking my CRV anywhere else!

Ripped off
Got a basic oil change for a low-mileage car today and was charged $75. I typically go elsewhere (Jiffy Lube or Valvoline) and only pay $38, so I was pissed but they’d already done the work and were trying to close for the day so I left. Came home, showed my husband the receipt and was then shown HIS most recent oil change receipt, which was $40. Same place.

Moral of the story, these guys take advantage of women who come in by themselves. Drive the extra 15-20 minutes to Valvoline, save your money and don’t give these idiots your business.

Efficient, friendly, reasonable
We have had our Mercedes and Volkswagens serviced here. Great reliable service. Good prices, no criticism to offer. If I had any recommendations it would be for the cash discount to be more clear (ie not off total but on parts, or labor, etc). Would definitely recommend them!

Preventing disaster
Car started to wobble and we thought it was just the tire pressure. After putting the proper air pressure the problem just got worse. I called MB Exxon and they told me to bring it in and they will check it out. No hesitation! I arrived and he said let’s go for a ride. Within seconds he knew what was wrong. We went back and he showed me that the rear tire had blown a radial band. It could have blown at any time. They immediately ordered new tires for me. While putting the tires on they noticed that the front brakes were almost gone. The car is perfect now and we’re safe! It’s so nice to know that they are there for you. We had a great mechanic in our previous home town and it is wonderful to say that we have one in our new home town!
