REPEAT CUSTOMER SINCE 2019
After self diagnosing a loud metallic rattle and extreme vibration coming from, and in, the engine compartment as a timing chain gone bad, calling for an appointment at Rockstar, and having the vehicle towed there, so no further engine damage would occur, what I had estimated to be $3500.00 in repairs and replacement parts, was actually 3 motor mounts gone bad - saving me THOUSANDS of dollars. The team Thomas has assembled at Rockstar are benchmark professionals with high marks in upfront honesty, diagnostics, estimates and quality workmanship. NOTE: I asked for Toyota OEM parts and was there when the Toyota parts delivery truck pulled onto the property and hand delivered them to Paul, the mechanic. What you ask for is what you get in quality, give this shop your business, and that's what you'll get back, quality and the peace of mind that comes with it.
