Highly upset and disappointed
One thing I hate is dishonest people. I dropped my car off because it wasn’t starting, but it started after dropping it off. your shop decided to play around with my car to see if they could find out but they couldn’t. I picked up my car and I noticed a smell that wasn’t there before I get 1/4 of a mile up the road I pull off there’s fluid dripping. I opened my hood and my radiator fluid is empty and that’s what was leaking. I put coolant in and now it has leaked out my car is smoking. My Car Has Never Leaked Ever. Your mechanics messed with my radiator and now it’s leaking. There’s no way they didn’t notice they did something to it and there’s no way they didn’t see the leak. My radiator was fine when I dropped it off. I hate dishonesty now your shop is going to cost me money in repairs that is your fault. I’m not going to call your office because I know I’ll get the run around but thanks a lot for the damage. I’ve been coming here for years but I will not return.
