Oil Change & unanticipated 4 new tires
Took my daughter’s car in for simple oil change. While waiting Kip asked me to look at the tires. I couldn’t believe the ware on her tires they were nearly bald. I was honestly wanting to wait until April to sell the car but after the short lesson on the safety would never forgive myself if something happened ( she drives 3 hours to college). Kip gave me a few reasonable tire options. I picked up the car to take home. It’s seriously drove like a new car. I’m so so happy I replaced the tires. A small price to pay for my daughter safety. Thanks Kip!

Car Repair
Going to the mechanic is always a tough pill to swallow when the numbers that come back at you can be a bit shocking and a stark reminder that I can't quite retire yet. All in all they have treated me with respect and have provided reliable service. I am no mechanic, so I am left to take their word and to date they have provided a quality experience.

Head light replaced
My husband called on a Wednesday to replace a headlight, they had it in stock and told him to come in the next day. In less than an hour it was replaced and charged a minimal amount. They are always so professional, friendly, accommodating and so reasonable.
