I took my vehicle to Rocha's for the 60k service. The local dealer wanted a minimum of $350 for the service, and that was only because I had a prepaid contract for lifetime oil changes and free tire rotation. Rocha's did the same inspection that the dealer would have done and charged me $74.40. All I needed was an air cabin filter. The difference in the price boiled down to the dealer wanting to change all fluids whether they needed changing or not. Upon inspection, Rocha's determined that the vehicle fluids did not need changing. I really appreciate that!
Robert said this is a good business. During his last visit, he noted he started to feel irritated with the employee working the front counter. He called to schedule an appointment that same day which was approved, and when he took his vehicle in for the service the employee started to argue with the customer saying they did not schedule appointments. Besides the miscommunication with this employee, he was overall satisfied with the services performed on his vehicle.
Chris said it was an awesome experience and the mechanic was very helpful and was really cool.
