The most fun I had all day
After a long day of packing, driving, and then waiting HOURS for a different company to provide roadside assistance, we were able to get ahold of Michael from Leesburg Roadrunner. He showed up on time and made the whole experience from that point enjoyable. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to get the job done, the right way. Felt like i called a friend to come pick me up, would recommend him 10 out of 10 to anyone!

Predatory Towing
Unethical, unprofessional and predatory towing company. Because of this, I would never even recommend them for towing even if you need a tow. They towed my car because there was no sticker on the plate because the DMV didn’t send one with my current and up to date registration. They don’t care because all they are concerned with is making a profit any way they can get it.

Abby, again I am disappointed that you continue to seek out places to write reviews, make comments on our social media, etc. I will again explain to you: You were towed for being improperly parked on private property that enforces for the exact violation that you state in your review. It is up to the discretion of the authorized persons (such as owners, management, HOA, etc.) on this private property to deem what is a violation, not us. We are contracted with them to enforce the violations. 

I encourage you to look at the 4.9 rating we have on Google, look at our website and look at the awards we have won for community service, roadway safety, and more. We have been in business for 32 years and have been open 24/7/365, never closing once. We are not a predatory company and we do not lie, cheat, or steal. 

Our staff has spent a lot of time trying to help you understand but you are not satisfied with any response. You were wrong and you just need to stop. Continuing to write poor reviews will not change the outcome or our decision on your tow.

What a fantastic find! We needed towing And repair on our motorhome. These folks took excellent care of us in a very tight timeframe. And I’ve never seen such sparkling clean equipment and garage. From the tow truck driver to service manager to mechanics and ladies at the front desk - just excellent service!

Grease all over truck and half way washed
After truck was washed there was greased smear all over the drivers side of truck. Passenger side of cab and windshield was not washed a little more attention would be appreciated

Tom is one of hardest working people and one of the good down to earth people denis is easy going and caring and will do anything to help you and after having a Mecanic that wasn’t to good along comes Michael low and saved the day thanks to These three men we made it home safely
