Filed complaints against his business through the state and DMV. Just got the state review back with the business response. He stated I texted him about my brakes going out but that was a LIE. I never told him about the brakes and he never scheduled me to come look at them. He only found out about the brakes because of the reviews I’ve posted. I will be posting our last few text messages as proof. He’s lucky he threw that “As-Is” label on the car. Other wise I would have went to small claims court. I’m just going to fix the brake issue and resell the car to try and recoup the loss. LESSON LEARNED. When buying a used car make sure to bring a mechanic with you! Don’t be stupid like me and trust these salesman and owners to sell you a good car- they are only in it for the money!
Old review: Sold me a car that broke down only minutes after purchase. Refused to give me my money back and now I’m stuck with the car. It has a lot of issues that weren’t disclosed at purchase. Car hasn’t been driven since purchase. 2/20/25
