The “supervisor” Tim needs to be fired. He has zero understanding of what customer service is. His employee promised me a loaner vehicle while mine was getting serviced but they did the classic bait and switch when I got there. Turns out Timmy refused to give me a loaner and continued to argue with me about it with a smug smirk on his face as if he cruelly enjoys denying loaners after promising them. Tim seemed beyond hurt and offended when I told him the car had its oil changed elsewhere. He kept bringing this point up which showed his true colors, he wants to milk every dime out of the owners who go there. The loaner was a must for me so I refused for them to touch the car.
It’s sad to see how grossly bloated these dealerships got during Covid while scamming customers with obscene markups that they forgot the basics of customer service.
I’ll be filing a complaint with the AZ attorney General for these sleazy and unethical bait and switch practices.
