-(Longer response)- I was told by the dealership that my wife's 2017 Yukon needed a new a/c condenser and that it was gonna cost me my firstborn. Although I pondered the amount of time and money it would save me to give up my child, I decided to call around to get an idea on this “GMC certified” deal that had just been offered. Most of the big-name shops wanted big-time money and I was beginning to think that I was gonna have to either tough it out with no a/c or accept the deal. But I had a moment of clarity and called a highly reviewed business (on Yelp) in DFW and one closer to Midlothian. Rick’s was the latter and ultimately the best with not only the best pricing but also the fastest turnaround time and warranty! Now my wife is happily driving around with a functioning a/c.
