You are proactive and if something needs fixing, then you fix it and if it still has some more use in it before replacing or fixing it you also inform me of such. Going the extra mile

I’ve taken my cars to Rick’s Auto for many years. One vehicle was a 1965 Ranchero. The other, a 2nd generation Prius. Two things I especially appreciated:1) when they didn’t know the answer, they did their research, so I could always count in them to do things right, and 2) when I really needed my car in a hurry, they accommodated me. Mark and Troy are the best!

Since being introduced to the company and the family and community of staff that works with, and for them, I have never had any doubts about their goal in providing service to their customers. Their honest assessments, educating the customers on what’s going on, and the options for repairs and maintenance are coming from the goal of keeping the customer safe and giving them back the best vehicle limited only by the age and budget to work with.

When choosing people to service your car, trustworthiness is of primary concern. The staff at Rick's Tire and Service have proven over the years to be great mechanics and completely trustworthy. They are also considerate of people who can't just write a blank check to have every little thing done immediately. Very through and professional

Had Mark and his team throughly checked a brake issue I was having and were very reassuring with pictures and details about the inspection. They discovered shocks were bad in process and helped me understand I had several options including more economical alternatives for fixing the issue. Feel like I can trust this shop, they have done several repairs and communication is excellent. I also bought amazing set of tires from them. The shop is good about allowing me to make the decision on costs and timeline of repairs they suggest.

I am so very grateful to Mark at Rick's for helping me out in my time of desperate need. Without him, I'd have missed my
covid-19 appointment. I've been going to Rick's over these many years, with different cars, with different problems. This last time was for a nasty-looking, big construction nail in my tire. One phone call to Mark calmed me down. He instantly took care of it, I couldn't believe it! There just isn't any other place in town that take such great care of their customers. Mark and his team always give such care, and communicate so well, with their customers' needs and are so efficient to boot. They are completely honest and up-front about everything. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Truly, there just isn't any other place to take your car in, that can live up to Rick's high standards. They ARE that GOOD!

I come when I want people I can trust with brains? When I come here I don't need to question anything!

Just needed valve cover gaskets replaced but after lots of internet research decided I didn't want to do it. And that it was a real can of worms . I live up on Camano and drove all the way here as really trust these guys. No more leaking onto exhast manifold and burning smell. Good job indeed!
