Poor communication, inaccurate repair time estimates, terrible experience.
I had to initiate all communication with the collision center. Was never contacted proactively by the shop when changes to the repair timeline occurred. Was told by the shop - after my vehicle being there for 1 month, that it would be going to paint mid-week and should be ready to pick up by week’s end or the following Monday. I called that Thursday to check on the status - see when I could pick the car up on Friday or Monday and was told that the car was being moved to a total loss status. This resulted in a transportation emergency for me and ended up costing me nearly $1000 in additional/unanticipated car rental fees. Absolutely horrible experience the whole way around.
Excellent work!! My SUV LOOKS as new as the day I bought my subaru. I have a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport, white with the burnt orange trim. Definitely will use them again and will recommend them!
Overall, I had a good experience at Hendrick. Communication could’ve been better with how my car was being repaired and needing more time for parts to come in. I had to reach out each time for an update until the car was ready. Luckily, the work done on my car was great and I was able to get a rental for the last few days so it worked out.
The expected repairs on my vehicle were not completed when I picked my vehicle up after 1 month of service. When I returned to have the additional items fixed the wrong part had been shipped or ordered improperly and so I am expected to return a third time to get that repair completed. In addition one of the items fixed during my repair broke immediately upon my return of the vehicle the first time. Communication regarding my vehicles status could have been improved.
I was very happy with my car they did an awesome job. Very helpful. right on time when my car was going to be done. I would give them 100 percent I would definitely recommend going to Hendrick Collison center. Thank you for everything. :)
The price of a part was $300 more than initially quoted. As a small business owner, if my costs go up between giving a quote and doing the work, I have to absorb the difference. I feel Hendricks should do that as well.
