Do not buy the concierge agreement
A year ago I bought the 24 GV80 and intially contacted Genesis concerning service. I have very low mileage and wanted to ensure I met all warranty requirements. Coccunut Creek Genesis said that I didn't buy from them and they are too busy. I drove to Rick Case due to my leaving multiple messages concerning service with no response. We make an appointment for my vehicle and take can't provide a vehcle until Dec 2, 2024, 3 months away. The service is not Gold Star. They have basically taken money and are not able to provide the concierge vehicle in a reasonable time period. I am driving the vehicle with the service warning popping up constantly. Buy the vehicle but save your money on this service.

Great Car but dealers need to be upscale to Hyundai
Compared to Jaguar, BMW etc Genesis is a great car at good pricing. Need to create a separate dealer experience like Lexus Vs Toyota. Great team but not used to concierge service levels

Problem solved ?
So after my reviews Rick case called me. They will give me 1600$ back what they lied about. 1000$ Florida law paint protection was not what they told me when I got back . Now was deferent story ( transportation fees ) and that I’m lucky it was only 1000 because it could be 3k.. another 600$ teeth prutection money back I’m waiting 2 weeks still nothing . They even didn’t send any protection ducumebt to genesis 2 months . And first time I saw those papers after 6 weeks . It wasn’t my signature on it so basically they toook my money and I dint have protection . They never cslllec genesys for financing but they said I didn’t qualify with 816 credit because they said I have to have it 860.. call ex genesis they said I’m
Qualify with 730 credit . If they finance me through genesys they can’t rip me off . They did 4% financing fir me with credit 816 . Even. They first said is 3,5%
THERE IS MORE STORY INTO IT . But I’m tired of this fraught . Tried to find Russian manager talk to me Russian even. I’m not Russian . They weee thinking he can lie to me and give me more story . . He said he will fix it callled genesis of they aprove me . I calle. Him few times . He said they working on it and might take few days … really ??!! What do I think I’m
An idiot ???!! They were trying extend time because Genesis deal was expiring . Of course I wasn’t spruced unless I get call signer .. really ? Why tell me this 1 day before expiration and 31st of December ???!!!
Guess what I vallled Genesis. Nobody ever called and try to get Genesis financing for me … so all this was just game from then . Liars !!! Never ever again Rick case . They treat women like garbage . I think they do the have mother wife or sister . They probably wasn’t born from women they found them in garbage those people working in Rick case . And if they have woman in their life hope someone do the same to them

Very knowledgeable staff
This was my second Genesis dealer I visited and after first 30 minutes I was impressed. My sales man Lakhani was very professional and under the assignment. I was treated with respect and made my car purchase seamless. I thank all the staff that help also.
