Customer safety is our priority. We have liability insurance that covers all vehicles while they are being serviced here. The liability insurance has tire restrictions that we must adhere to or the insurance company could deny a claim if the need should arise. Therefore, every car that comes in for service we check the Department of Transportation (DOT) date and the tire tread depth. One of the tire restrictions is any tire older than four years old that is cracked, dry rotted, is not allowed to be serviced. I see that in June of 2019 we installed two tires on your vehicle. I believe on your visit just a few weeks ago,that the other two tires that were recommended to you, and estimate provided for two tires, was due to the age of the tire. We would never try to sell you tires or any other service if you didn't need it. We take your comments of con job and fraud seriously and strongly disagree with your review.
