Very unprofessional. Owner lacks ability to communicate with customers and the ability to correctly repair vehicles. My experience is very consistent with many reviews and complaints
The owner of this business has a very rude and disrespectful attitude towards customers. He has no idea of how to communicate and he has no ability to correctly repair vehicles. F Rated by BBB
The reviews and complaints online are 100% correct. Owner and Wife could not have been more rude and do not care about customers. Frank claims to have been in business for 40 years “ his statement about knowledge” Well he has zero knowledge of how to correctly repair vehicles. He literally has been guessing about parts to replace. Over a month of trying to repair my problem and over $1,400 later the vehicle is still broken.
DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE HERE. READ THE REVIEWS ONLINE I WISH I HAD!
