Awful Experience! Beware!
Predatory business. Attempted to charge for work other than the primary problem. Price kept changing. Would not provide proper ETA of work to be done although we were told it’s a 3 hour job. Vehicle not repaired properly and in a timely manner as promised. Was told to come pick up the vehicle because it was ready but instead I was left waiting over three hours IN THEIR SHOP just to be told it couldn’t be fixed that day. Had to rent a vehicle to make it to work after missing a day of work because I wasn’t told that they couldn’t do the job. Returned from out of town to get vehicle that still wasn’t ready. Was insulted about the upkeep of the car and the condition of the cabin air filter they claimed came out of my vehicle. After payment of over $1000 as initially quoted we picked up the vehicle but it broke down again the next day after driving less than 90 miles. It had to be towed again and I was charged for a new tow.
