This was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life. I was getting ready to pay and the amount that was shown for me to pay was $50 more. I asked the employee behind the counter why it was $50 more from the price that he gave me around a week ago. He started saying that because he had to return the part back to AutoZone which is why it’s more expensive now (AutoZone is around 2 miles away from the shop.) He then gets even angrier and starts saying profanity such as “you wasted my motherf****** time and that’s the reason why it’s more expensive now” and I asked so to drive 2 miles to return the part you charged me $50 more? He then says “I’m not having this conversation with you, you either pay or I am not giving you your keys.” He then proceeds to yell at me while eating chips, having the crumbs come out of his mouth while talking to me. He then reduces the price by $20 but I still feel like I was ripped off, but that was the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life! How can a business operate like that and talk to their paying customers like that? He said a price one week ago and I agreed to it but then wants me to pay $50 more now simply because he had to return the product. Unbelievable! I truly don’t understand how this company has high ratings, probably from their friends and family which is why they have a good rating. Coming from somebody that has been disrespected to the absolute highest level, I really suggest to stay away from this shop. This is exactly a shop that is sleazy and will up charge customers for no reason, which is why mechanic shops get a bad rep. Oh and also when I walked in that employee was behind the counter sleeping, which shows how slow their business really is. P.S. the employee that disrespected me was a heavier set black male.
