Took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Still have brake dust on front rims. Also had new driveshaft installed, seems to be working properly. Was told tires were rotated,They were not! Probably not taking my truck here anymore.

Not very happy with the service. Went in for an alignment and was given an oil change instead. Not sure where oul change comes from alignment but I appreciate my car being looked at to see what's wrong but wish you would double check an make sure what service I needed

Alignment gone wrong

Recently did some suspension work on my 4runner and lifted it. Needed a place to get a good alignment after being let down by the big tire shops. Made my appointment and dropped it off. I went to pick it up and everything went well. I marked the bolts when doing the work so I could get the alignment close enough to get it here. I looked under my vehicle to find that none of the adjustments were touched. I drove back to the garage and spoke to the same guy at the front desk and I asked them why they didn't touch any of the adjustments. I had left a note on the shifter for the tech. He also said the lower ball joint was bad and that's why it wasn't done (was told my alignment was done regardless of this). He couldn't produce the before and after measurements. He gave me a the run around and offered two free oil changes. I said no, I want my alignment done correctly. Finally he said to bring it back Monday with the ball joint replaced. I did that and I thought it would be made right. I go and pick it up once ready. I look at the provided specs and they once again weren't what I asked for. Told them to have a merry Xmas. Go to drive and it's pulling all over with a crooked steering well. Cutting my losses and going somewhere that can get the job done.
