My car was in rough shape and required extensive repairs. Throughout the process, I received consistent updates via messages, phone calls, and emails from Jack, my assigned service advisor. Jack is an incredibly impressive young man; always polite, courteous, personable, prepared, knowledgeable, proactive, and a great listener. Every update was informative, transparent, and clearly communicated.
I noticed the same professionalism and warmth from other staff members I interacted with, which speaks volumes about Renn’s values and training.
The office and workshop were spotless and well-organized, and the service performed on my car was of the highest quality and care.
I also want to acknowledge Rob, whose concern and deep understanding of my car’s situation and service needs was reassuring and appreciated.
