Was out and about when my car’s key fob stopped working and several attempts to manually unlock the door failed as well (finally that did work). I called Reid’s hoping that they carry the necessary battery and Patrick said that they do. Went right over there and Patrick replaced the battery for me. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their service level is second to none.
