My 2014 Passat TDI with just under 177K miles presented an issue with the DEF system causing the vehicle to not start. Reluctantly I had it towed into Reds and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Being on a fixed budget I made my concerns known and they did everything under the sun to source the parts quickly and economically. The communication was great. Everyday I would get a call or a text informing me as to the status. After a few days I got my Passat back and it is running like the movement of a fine Swiss watch. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation do yourself a favor and work with Reds Auto Center. They made a typically stressful situation into a thoughtful and manageable experience. Based on my personal experience with Reds, I highly recommend working with them.
