Redds was recommended by a family member & I’m so glad I took their advice. They inspected my car thoroughly. They gave me a time line on when things should be done in the future. Their prices are great!! I am definately going back.

Positive, Professional, Punctual, and Persistent
My 2014 Passat TDI with just under 177K miles presented an issue with the DEF system causing the vehicle to not start. Reluctantly I had it towed into Reds and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Being on a fixed budget I made my concerns known and they did everything under the sun to source the parts quickly and economically. The communication was great. Everyday I would get a call or a text informing me as to the status. After a few days I got my Passat back and it is running like the movement of a fine Swiss watch. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation do yourself a favor and work with Reds Auto Center. They made a typically stressful situation into a thoughtful and manageable experience. Based on my personal experience with Reds, I highly recommend working with them.

They know Mini Coopers
I brought my Mini Cooper S there for a challenging, serious problem. I’ve been working on my own cars for many years, but Mini Coopers are different and difficult to diagnose. They found & fixed the problem quickly at a much lower price than a Mini dealer would have. They offered some advice about other problems that they suffer from. I was very pleased.
