On September 17th my wife and I bought a 2022 Palisade from Red Rock Hyundai. The salesman who helped us was Dylan Lucas. We love the car and have been very happy with the service department that is what lead us to shop with Red Rock. When we got home (we live over 3 hours away) we discovered that we had been given one key fob to our car and one key fob to a different vehicle. We contacted Dylan and were told to send the wrong fob to him and he would send ours. After sending the fob back to Dylan our fob never came. I contacted Dylan and was told that he thought he had given our fob to another customer and he was in the process of getting in touch with them and would get our fob to us as soon as he could. I returned to have a tow kit installed 2 weeks later and to there still was no progress on getting our correct fob. It has now been 6 weeks and still no progress. This situation is very frustrating. It is beyond ridiculous that this has been going on for so long without a resolution. I have tried talking to management but they have never responded to me.
