Fix my air please !!!
The air conditioner in my 20 yr old van stopped working. The temperature this summer is very warm. They investigated, took the time to explain to me how it’s supposed to work, said they’d have to order the parts and the estimate was ready. Everyone I’ve spoken with there is very polite and efficient. Thank you

Great service, good communication, friendly & courteous staff
Although the service was not quite completed when expected, I understood why, and Bill worked hard to return my vehicle as soon as possible. He was very conscientious and thorough to provide a safe and efficient vehicle. I drove to Almont the next day & returned 3 days later & the motor Home performed beautifully.

Quality service!
This isnt your run of the mill shop. These guys are highly trained and very knowledgeable. Ide say its unlikely to find many shops in the area that are comparable to the standards this place has.

Overpriced
$200 to test drive, not recreate the problem and add 1.6 L to transmission. Some education as to why this cost was appropriate/justified would have gone a long way to a customer understanding the reasoning for such an invoice.

Sorry to hear you are not satisfied Kourtney, I would have been happy to clarify any questions you may have had. Subaru transmissions cannot be filled or checked like some vehicles from under the hood. It requires a scan tool to monitor the transmission temperature and then be lifted on a hoist to fill from underneath. The rest of the charges were our typical 1 hr diagnostic/ minimum shop fees for all appointments, as posted in our entry. We did all we could to duplicate your problem and find any signs of the issue on several test drives using a scan tool, however we were unable. If this does not clear up the matter, please give me a call and let me know how I can resolve it. Thanks and we appreciate your feedback!

Quick, Professional, and Honest
The guys that work at Auto Repair Lodge LLC get the work done. After looking at one of my original fix requests, they deemed it necessary for the time being and discovered a different situation on my truck. This saved me time and money which is appreciated!

Truck service
Bill and the other mechanics are top notch. They are the only mechanics I trust
To do anything to my vehicles, and I have been to some other places and it was a nightmare.if you want some good honest mechanic go to auto repair lodge. I believe you get what you pay for.
