not bad at all
I was looking for a small Suv. I drove into Red Rocks Hyundai and Eli showed up. He is very young, but so sweet and patient and no pressure. I lived 90 miles away and didn't have my car with me. I had my eye on a used Tuscon, but it took me over a week to take my car down so they could give me a trade in value for it. The only thing I didn't like was being pressured to buy an extended warranty. I did eventually buy one, but at a much lower amount than they first quoted me.
Eli West was a pleasure to work with and if I like my Hyundai and wanted another one, I would definitely buy it from Eli.

Corporate doesn’t care
If you think Hyundais Corporate will take care of you because of their warranty, they haven’t taken care of me, so please think again! 50+ check engine lights, 16 registered codes, 3 recalls, and they still won’t give me a new car

Tried to add me to a deal I wanted no part of.
On March 14th, 2023, my wife and my mother in law tried purchasing a vehicle. This dealership finance department took it upon themselves to change the deal from financing them to trying to finance myself and my mother in law. I did not nor did my wife give them permission to run my credit on this particular day or for this particular deal! When my wife brought this up to the sales lady the sales lady told her they needed my income to back the deal. I dont care what was needed the fact of the matter is they did not have permission to run my credit for this day or deal! I am currently looking into what kind of action I can take against them for this being done.

Amazing Management!

Multi Inspection….ya right
Bought my “new to me car” on January 21,,2023. Have only put 300 miles on it. Now I need new breaks and new wipers. I sure wasn’t expecting to put money into this car right away. If Multi inspection doesn’t not include breaks and wipers that’s dumb. I pretty mad. It’s not like things are cheap anymore

Multi-Point inspection….LAUGHABLE
Love the “new to me” car that I purchased on January 21, 2023. I have only put 300 miles on the car. Come to find out it’s going to need new breaks as they are squealing horribly and 3 new wiper blades. It’s really upsetting that if a “multi-point inspection” was done then these problems would have been noticed unless that’s not included but I’m sure someone noticed the breaks are bad and wipers suck. It’s more upsetting that I now have to fork out money for a car I haven’t even had a month.
They sometimes do GREAT THINGS, however I CALL BS ON THIS

Dishonest dealership
I don’t recommend this car dealership or any red rock dealerships. They will charge you random fees during you time purchasing a vehicle. Iv had coworkers state that their oil was diluted with water after taking their vehicle to a different service center. There are articles in regards to red rock charging secret fees into customers car purchases. They have also been caught forging signatures.

Claimed car was worth more than MSRP.
Tried buying a new car and keeping money local. MSRP was $24,000. Redrock Hyundai said the car was worth more than MSRP. They said I could buy it at $32,000. Went to Hyundai in Denver. Bought the exact same car for MSRP.

Trade in
Giovanni helped me trade in my 2021 Honda Civic in for a 2022 Jeep Compass High altitude. Through negotiations on price, Gio was especially helpful and anything but pushy when working toward an agreeable price and putting me in a beautiful vehicle. Gio especially was very helpful during this process, and easy to reach via his cell phone number for any of my questions or concerns whenever I needed.

Amazing

Warranty upsell
Watch out when you get to financing! We were sold a warranty that we didn't want but were told it was a condition to get financing approval. Almost doubled the amount of the loan! When I signed the paperwork I saw something about 10 days to cancel but it turns out that is for the dealership if the loan falls through. A $6K loan turned into a $10K loan for a young person just getting started on her financial journey. Ouch! Maybe someone else can learn from our huge mistake!

Vehicle Purchase
My purchase of the car at this dealership was probably the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Bryan Ingram in sales and Alexander LyBarger in finance were two of the most patient, friendly and easy to talk to people I can remember dealing with. They spent a lot of time dealing with me about the situation I was in and never made me feel like I was wasting a lot of their time and did everything they could to help make things work out for me. I could not have ask for anyone more helpful. Thank you for all you did.

My review is for the Sales Dept.
I worked with Sales Associate Bryan Ingram on acquiring a Palisade. He was very responsive and worked hard for me ( I had a list of wants and needs for my new car). Should you want a Hyundai from Red Rock Hyundai, I highly recommend Bryan.
