Paid Red Mountain over $700 to have my car fixed. Engine blew the next day. Less than 24 hours after their "repair". I had the car towed to the service center at a dealership for my make of car and their lead mechanic told me red mountains work initiated my cars engine failure. Red mountain of course denies it was their work that contributed to the massive engine failure - even though there was never any mention from them of any major problem or potential engine problem while the car was in their shop. Ended up with a car that is completely broken. The engine failed while driving down the freeway - unsafe! Red mountain accepts no blame and won't even give me my money back for their terrible "repair". They literally told me, "we were trying to make your car better". Well, they did not "make my car better". What they actually did was take $700 from me, put my family in a car that was unsafe to drive and made my car 100 times worse. I am beyond disgusted by this entire experience. Don't let them touch your car. (Also the owner of red mountain proceeded to publicly argue with me on Facebook when I posted this review. What an awful business.)
