The service and communication was extremely poor. I left my vehicle with them for more than 72 hours. They over charged for the transmission fluid drain and refill service was over $500 and they were not even sure that it would solve the issue. My personal opinion of Recon, they have had a tremendous declined and they LACK professionalism, communication, customer service. I am a resident of ESMO and very disappointed in RECON Auto service and will drive to Liberty or Kearney for auto service. Truthfully I could have saved alot of time & money taking it to a dealership.
