Won't Prioritze Repairs on New Cars
Ray skillmans refuses to put any priority service on new vehicles. Purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Elantra in March. Didn't realize the ac system couldn't keep up until July. Air coming out on lowest setting takes over 30 minutes to cool the car in 80° weather and can't keep the temp when set on climate control.

Asked to have it recharged at first oil change and was told they can't recharge it and would have to disassemble the ac system, vac the lines, and repressurize. I thought that sounded odd, because the refrigerant commonly leaks out of cars when the ac hasn't been in use. They said that they had to vac and pressurize. Asked if we could do it same day and was told the nearest appointment was just under two weeks out.

The manager at Ray Skillmans hyundai avon informed me they refuse to prioritize any new vehicle they sell, even if it is broken when sold.

Tried to get the appointment moved up. After heated words I was told that we would no longer do business with eachother.
