Zero customer service in the service dept
Leasing my 2nd Hyundai (different make/model), my first one the horn quit working. They charged me for the labor and part because I was over my miles/out of warranty (again it was a lease and I wasn't up that high on my miles). Now my second lease the horn doesn't work. I've tried for over 2 hours to talk to a person in their service dept and either doesn't get answered or answered then asked if I can be placed on hold. I called twice and said no only to be placed on hold for over 12 min. I called the salesman who I got the leases through and he said I never should if been charged for the original horn that they had a shady manager before and asked the service dept manager Drew while I was on the phone with him and Drew stated it was covered. I still have NOT been able to get in touch with anyone in the service dept. Can't wait for my current lease to be done. Will NEVER buy from the again!!
