Good afternoon. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We were very upfront, and honest with you from start to finish during the inspection of your vehicle. You had stated that you thought it may have been a failed or worn u-joint when you dropped off the vehicle. You also stated multiple times that it was very hard to hear, and that there may indeed be nothing actually wrong. We then had multiple techs take time to test drive, and perform a full inspection on the vehicle. We were unable to confirm the noise during test drives, and or during the inspection. We are not in the business to sell you something that is not needed. Throughout this process we were never told to just replace your U-joints. We also noted all of this on your paperwork when you picked up the vehicle. We are sorry to hear you were anything other than completely satisfied with your visit.
