Car Problem
Problem with my car was quickly and accurately detected. The repair would take time. Accommodations were made for me to have transportation. My car was repaired and returned to me before the projected time to be fixed. I left as a very happy customer!

Very helpful and professional.
I live just over an hour away, they stayed open past closing so I could pick up my car . Great job ac repaired.

Service took more than 1 hr.
at the end they confused my tucson (a White one)
with my X-wife's (a blue one)
before they started the service
then they had to correct the paper work
I think they need to verify the vin before they start on any vehicle

Left two messages and two apologies for our mistake when creating a service repair order for your Tucson. 
I did contact the other party and apologized to them about our mistake and contacted Hyundai to correct the scheduled maintainence on their car.   i can oonly hope that your will forgive us on the matter and we will see you again for your next scheduled service visit.     Sincerely,   Selby Fuller Service Manager

First time Maintenance
We were quite happy with our experience. It did take a little longer than we expected, or we might have planned to leave it there and come back, but it was not bad. We had phones, and when I asked, I was given access to the internet which made a big difference. The lady we dealt with was efficient and courteous. Several times sales staff would ask if we were okay or needed anything.
This was our first-time experience with scheduled maintenance since buying the car and it went without a hitch and they answered any questions we had.

Always a Good Job
Even though our warranties ran out on our vehicles some time ago, we continue to take our cars back to Randall Noe Hyundai for all our service needs. We trust them. They are efficient and do a great job every time. They don't waste our time, but are always sure to tell us of upcoming problems we need to be watching for. We can't imagine taking our cars anywhere else.

I had a decent experience the last time I took my Hyundai SUV in for an oil change and tire repair. The staff is always great and knowledgeable however, my tire repair couldn't be completed due to a broken machine. The dealership should provide complete service.
