Maintenance
I have been a regular customer of Dallas Car Care for years. They have always treated me well and taken care of my car repairs with great detail and thought. Several times they have even gone “beyond the call of duty”, so to speak!!

Called, got in and out in 4 hrs.
We called at 8 this morning. Engine light was on. They got me in at 930 and done by 130. Fixed engine light issue, fixed a noise we had had for a while. We are very pleased with the service and personel at Dallas Car Care.

Professional and timely service
The employee named Josh pulled me in once I informed him I was there for an oil change. I asked the other employee servicing my car to check the air filter, as I did not replace it in past times and it ruined a mechanical ⚙️ component. Josh surprisingly brought me my own filter to inspect it with me and helped me feel more secure in my knowledge of the condition of my situation at hand and to make a decision clearly without regret. Shortly after he returned for payment and I was on my way. I believe it was about 15mins give or take it was smooth and professional for sure I will be returning and recommending

Debra said they saw the problem and took care of it. Since it was easily fixed and small, they didn't charge her. She says they did the brake job for a fair price. She trusts them implicitly. She is very pleased with everything they have done.

Fast and very professional
They are fast and very professional, I will and always go there for oil changes and inspections been there very time oil is needing changed and inspection due for 20 years, the people might be different but the service is the same great job guys
