"September 14th 2021 days before my tag was about to expire on the 19th. I went to rainbow muffler on Jonesboro road owned by Miss Maggie. Her assistant Andre told me that he could get my car in to Carlton the technician to put on a manifold converter with the charge of $200 labor I purchased my own manifold converter from Amazon. Before I picture of everything in that box the hardware the gasket and the manifold itself. Andre drove my car back to the area where they fix the cars the bay and their Carlton took my car and supposedly repaired it but he kept all of my hardware in that box he did not put the proper gasket on he put on some permatex on that gasket the actual gasket is a heat seal gasket on a 2005 Nissan Altima. They will finish with my car within an hour I should have checked my car. As I'm driving down the street I hear popcorn popping on the outside of my windshield as I look there are broken rusted screws laying on my windshield rattling around I get out of my car and look at all these screws look up my hood to see he kept all of my new hardware he kept the shield didn't say whether I wanted it or not they just took it. 2 Days later my car started sounding like a truck so loud and so annoying I couldn't believe that was my car. So I stopped at the advance Auto some miles away told him what went on and what happened what I had repaired the owner of advance Auto was kind enough to say it sounds like my catalytic convert had been taken off of my car. He took a peek up under the car and sure it was Carlton the Tech @ rainbow muffler cut off my catalytic converter and cppedt it with a cap. And took my Cadillac converter in the back where they take the rest of them at their crooks they're still in catalytic converters when they work on your manifold converters. They know what we are women and that we wouldn't know anything but I've been laying up on the car since I was 8 years old. How horrible Maggie"
