Lori said there is an unresolved issue with the brakes. This business told her she may be gun shy about using the brakes and there is a 50 to 150 mile set in for the brakes in order for them to work properly. She called the dealership and was told there is no such thing as a set in. The brakes may not have been installed properly or the calipers not assembled correctly. She will take the vehicle back to the dealership to correct these issues. She will not recommend them to others based on this experience and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this experience.

They offered a free loaner car even thought the repair was anticipated to be less than 3 hours. Luckily, they offered a loaner car since the repair ended up being finished the next day. Also, they only fixed the necessary items instead of trying to upsell more things.
