Save yourself, don't visit the dealership
Walked into Quirk Works Subaru to see a 2021 Subaru Forester base model. GEORGE VALENTGAS and TIM CROOK, very by far the worst individuals I have have ever encountered. I am a NURSE I work 12 hour days, I am here traveling from ARIZONA, I thought that they would be at least decent. Attempted to sell me a BASE Forester for 28,500, hid the price, told me to sign an IPAD where the prices were hidden. Never reviewed features of the car when asked at least 4-5 times. Hid the MSRP paper that is usually inside the car. Tim Long never reviewed the regular options with me like, bumper to bumper, or extended service plan, because They were SO STUPIDLY GREEDY, they thought they could take advantage of me. I was forced to call the AG, then call Melanie the admin for DAN QUIRK, who was able to help me cancel a deal I never wanted. Then after this GEORGE V.(sales manager-such a joke) LIES and states "Oh I told you I would cancel that deal' "Can you tell me what I did wrong? I want to learn from this experience?" What a joke LIAR STUPID GREEDY JERKS!!!!
