I broke down on the highway halfway between Rome and Cartersville in Georgia. My 30’ Class C RV had the driver’s side brake caliper stick. My Roadside Assistance contacted PROTRUCK MOBILE SERVICE.
Oleg was prompt, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and brought a level of professionalism that was very welcome and refreshing. As he worked he explained what he was finding. His repair work showed the great deal of pride that he takes in his work.
After the repair was finished he followed me for about 4 miles to make sure all was fine. He pulled up along side and I gave him a thumbs up and continued my journey.
Later he gave me a follow up call as he knew I was traveling to South Carolina.
