REFRESHINGLY HONEST !!! Great service. Great value. Great communication. Friendly. My first time going there and it was a wonderful experience 😁. I bought a pre owned Mini and took it to them when it was time to have the oil changed. Because it was the first time this vehicle had been in…. They looked the whole thing over at no charge and let me know anything that was needed with no pressure. Very very happy and will continue to take it to them for anything needed.

I recently had an issue with my Audi 2025 when the EPC light came on. I reached out to Jeff's team for assistance, and I was impressed by their promptness in providing a timeline for the inspection. The communication was excellent, and Jeff was very professional throughout the process.

Although I decided not to proceed with the repairs at this time, I highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy German car repair or inspection services. Their professionalism and communication skills are truly commendable.

Great Experience
This was my first time using Reinhardt German Auto and I had such a great experience. From warm welcoming to the protection I feel with them taking care of my vehicle. It wasn't long drawn out, and they have a comfortable waiting area.. It was a great experience all together.

Reinhardt German Auto Haus was amazing! They’re always honest dependable and so helpful. They go the extra mile. Jeff is a guru about car knowledge and Brittany is always an expertise in any of my questions as well.
I have to keep going back to German Auto Haus because everyone there always gives me great service and takes care of me like I’m family. I’ve been doing business with them for about six or seven years now I trust anything they do with my car. I absolutely love them!

Honest, dependable, and reliable service
I am so attached to my BMW X5 and for the first few years I always took it to the dealer and now I can confidently take it to Jeff at Reinhardt's German Auto Haus. They always correctly diagnose the problem and provide a fair cost estimate which they discuss with me. The work they do is so reliable and reasonable. Brittany is on the ball and is great with communications.

Exceeded my expectations!
Had a horrific experience at Global, actually criminal. Had to tow my vehicle to Reinhardt’s to get it up and running. They kept me informed every step of the way - actually taking care of unrelated repairs that were accessible that could later be costly and problematic. Saving me quite a bit of money, which they were conscious of considering my reason for being there. I’m very grateful and appreciative of their professionalism, service and kindness.
