Always as expected
We lived here in VA until 2019 and then moved away. We have yet to find a repair facility as competent and easy to deal with in our new location. We had a check engine light come on in our 2016 expedition on the way up for a visit. I was able to call and speak with Marcy and she was able to fit me in at 4 o’clock that afternoon for a check up. They diagnose the problem, priced it and proceeded to repair it, and I was out the door the next day. Have always been happy with Progressive‘s attention as needed thank you, Marcy, Emily, and Billy
