He said the driver showed up quickly, but then it took forever and the driver seemed like he had some business he needed to take care of. He chose not to evaluate the courtesy of the driver, the driver was polite, but he was not fast or professional. He said he almost had to stay late, but he chose not to elaborate. Everything else was great.
