My sister went to the shop, hoping to save some money on the repair of her car. The owner Roberto Ponce was so weird because he just showed up at our house without notice, saying he cannot contact my sister cause he must have put the wrong number in??? Anyway, he told my sister the problem which cost 700+ and so my sis went with it
By the time she went to pick it up because they said it was ready, right after payment when she turned her car, it didn't start (still the same problem. He said he will fix it for another additional cost because this time it is a different problem. He just didn't tell her about the "other problem" because he is trying to save her money. My ass!!! My sis still went for it, and the next time she went and fixed it, it was working fine at first then all of a sudden a check engine light came on. My sis took it to him again and of course he can fix it for another additional cost because it is another problem again. This guy is a liar! Don't fall for his "sweet deals" and one year warranty. He wants money and that's it! He doesn't care whether or not your car get fixed. He rips money off people, it doesn't matter whether you are wealthy or a regular working student like my sister, he takes money from his customers in an unethical way!

Robert Ponce is nothing but a lying mechanic!!! He is a SCAM people!!! He won't fix your car, he just takes the money!!!

Do not get service here!
He broke my sensors on my tires and told me I had to pay for it! His employee is rude smokes cigarettes and curses if he does not want to work, he says one price and charges way more, his Groupons do not mention a fee he wants to disclose after you come in! He charged me 300+ for just my front brakes but told me 150 prior to the appointment! He is just trying to get your money he is not good I’m sorry for rude review he does not deserve service or a business he is not professional! Don’t go here your better off doing it yourself!

Rip Off
After promising to make good on a car in the lot......3000.00 later my son is without a car....Thanks for the misleading and self serving greed. I could have donated the 3000.00 to the salvation army....
As always, I received excellent service from Roberto and the Pro Rod Auto crew. There has been an on-going issue which has puzzled Roberto and he diligently set out to find the root of the problem. Not only did he find the problem, he had a solution to the problem and an explanation as to why the problem occurred. This is why I return to this mechanic time and again. He is thoughtful, honest and solution-oriented. Once again, I highly recommend Pro Rod Auto.
