Denise said she took the vehicle in there for a problem and they caused 3000 worth of extra damage and caused her to be without vehicle for over a month. They lost a nut inside the engine and that's what caused the damage.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, Denise. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We did our very best to make this right including providing a rental car and covering all the related repair expenses. We also found and repaired a non related internal engine issue during our repair which potentially saved you money in the future. Thank you for your honest feedback. We will learn and improve through this experience.
