Very disappointed with the whole service experience. I dropped off a Sonata on 9/26/22 for service on the engine. Vehicle has a 100k warranty, but very limited. First I was told it needs a a new engine and they tried to get it paid for thru Hyundai and wanted me to pay for the labor and diagnosis. After a month, they said Hyundai would not cover it. They finally did a correct diagnosis and said it was the head gasket. They replaced a few gaskets and bolts for $402 in material and $550 in labor. I finally got it back on 10/31/22 and discovered one of the keys was missing. I went back and asked about it. All they would say is its my word against theirs. Nice people but incompetent. I would not recommend them for any service work.
