Duane said that the staff serviced his vehicle, however they broke two of the fittings. They could not replace them without buying a whole box, which they decided not to order because of how much it would cost them. They rigged the part just enough for it to work and Duane would have liked the part to be replaced with the same one they broke. The business smelled of cigarette smoke because they smoked inside the building. They seem to be knowledgeable and they found the problem when another mechanic could not.
