I always take my car to Pep Boys for maintenance and repairs. This was my first time taking it to Lancer. And let me say. This is the far the most great experience I've had at a dealership. Besides the awesome customer service. They got my car in and it was ready by the afternoon. They did not keep my car over night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will start bringing my car here. I loveddddd it here !!

Front desk commission guys are COMPLETE SCAMMERS
I had been using this shop for years. Then they started getting help from outside the family and that's when things began to change and was sold more and more of what I DID NOT NEED and MISDIAGNOSING that now they will charge you close to $1,000 for ACTUAL parts and labor of no more than $300 to $400. The owner's family is great! The mechanics are great! It's the front desk scammers who are boosting their commission checks that shouldn't be working their and screw over their customers who have been relying on them for so long.

Dan said he has been a customer of the business for years. There have been many times where they could've charged him a lot of money but they always avoid outrageous prices. He knows if the service is expensive, it was well deserved.
