I was advised my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I learned the car had not been washed as represented it would be. I.was told it could be washed quickly. However, I. was kept waiting for over 40 minutes until the car was brought back.

Very bad experience
they advised me not to go to prestige autotech because they were very dishonest... unfortunately I didn't listen. they diagnosed a non-existent problem for an amount of 3500 usd, I went to the official BMW assistance and the problem wasn't that one... I paid 800 usd and now the car is perfect.....better to go to the dealer...
Prestige Auto Tech provided excellent customer service/care. They provided excellent follow up information on the required repairs keeping me informed through the progress. I was assisted by Christian, a true professional that knows how to explain the "Value" they offer.
Twice my car was claimed to be repaired and nothing was changed, same problems(smart key not found, hvac controls on off, radio on off, tmps sensor haywired) the symptoms appeared immediately after picking up a "fixed car". $1500 and with a bill for another $2k with no guarantee or accountability is NOT how you do business.
Had Arnaldo and their crew take a look at fixing the tow hitch lights. They did an excellent job in checking the tow connector wires, replacing and programing the tow module. Vehicle tow lights working perfect now. Very happy with the service and updates provided during the repair.
The check engine light (CEL) came on which turned out to be the High Pressure fuel pump. AMGs have two fuel pumps (high and low) and, although the car was running fine, it was recommended to have it addressed.
Thankfully, I have an extended warranty and the $1200 job was covered.
I’ve been taking my cars to Prestige Auto Tech for as long as I’ve been in Miami, because they are specialists in German autos and go the extra mile in customer service. They even gave the AMG a proper detailing and left her looking AND running great!
