my last visit to you was by far the worst i have had with your company before. the guy that did my oil came to the waiting room and asked me how long it has been since i had an oil change and says 30,000 miles? and i replied with there are old 40,000 something on my car so no more like 4,000 it for sure needed one and he interupted me while i was talking with a rude voice saying he had to prie the oil filter out because it melted and he never had to do that before. VERY RUDE and needs some lessions is proper ways to talk to people or just stay in the garage...
